Introducing
Kelly Talarico!
Our newest Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner joined us August, 2025. She has been a Family Nurse Practitioner and still practices with Summit Medical and just finished her Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner program and now is double board-certified! She is accepting new patients age 6 and up.
Hannah Shelby is back at the front desk as receptionist/admin. We also have Hannah Kairys
back with us after returning from Chicago and she helps with medical records requests.
